Asar Games teams create original and memorable experiences so that players can have fun, interact with others and take pleasure through our games, applications, websites and online services (collectively hereinafter referred to as our “Services”). We collect your personal data so that you can benefit from our Services and we make it our duty to adhere to the rules of the game! This privacy policy is designed to help you understand how your data is used, inform you of your rights and how to exercise your rights.
“Personal Data” (or “Data”), is all information that identifies you: either directly, for example, your last name, first name, email address or telephone number; or indirectly, for example your account ID, IP address, cookie identifier or game data. Some of our services are directed to an audience that includes children while others are directed to a general audience. The age of consent regarding privacy and data may differ depending on your locale and jurisdiction. For our general audience services, Asar Games does not knowingly collect Personal Information from persons under the age of 15. If it comes to Asar Games' attention that Personal Information has been collected from a person under the age of 15, Asar Games will delete this information as quickly as possible. If you believe that Asar Games may have Personal Information from or about a child under the age of 15, please contact Asar Games at support@asargames.com. Where Asar Games requires device owners to specify their age or where the target audience is presumed to be a child under 13, it does not collect personal information from users without a lawful basis such as to support the internal operations of our services or with parental consent before any Personal Information is collected.
We may collect your Data when:
We collect your user name, password, email address, date of birth and country. Some items of Data, such as your user name, are made public to allow your community to find you in our Services. When you create your Account, you can manage your subscription to receive the Asar Games newsletter by email. You can unsubscribe at any time by: clicking on the unsubscribe link at the end of each newsletter
We collect the Data that you have agreed to share via the social media site or third party platform in question.
We collect the Data needed to process your purchase, such as your last name, first name, mailing and email addresses, country, bank details and purchase history. This Data is sent to our partner service providers that are in charge of the payment and the delivery of your purchase (to learn more, go to Section 4 “How does Asar Games share your Personal Data?”).

Your game data, to improve your experience and the security of our Services such as: achieved game levels, rewards, rankings, completed game missions, statistics including the game time or the use of the various features as well as the data associated with any bugs and malfunctions. Your login and browsing data, to enable the operation and security of our Services, such as: visited pages, identifier of your device and the connection (IP address, MAC address), login dates and times, information concerning the browser and the operating system you use. We use various types of technologies such as cookies to collect such Data when you use our Services or visit a third party site where we and our partners provide content or carry out content use analysis. We allow some of our partners to set and access their Cookies on your device. These partners’ use of Cookies is subject to their own privacy policies and not this Privacy Policy. To refuse Cookies or request their deletion as well as obtain the list of partners who are permitted to store and/or access these Cookies, please see the Cookies page. You can also adjust your browser settings to understand when these Cookies are stored on your device or to disable the Cookies by consulting your browser’s “Help” menu. Please note that these settings may affect your ability to shop online or to access certain features of our Services whenever these Cookies are needed for the operation of our Services. Asar Games, may on iOS games, integrate Apple’s TrueDepth API to provide you with the animoji feature. If you choose to use this feature, the TrueDepth API allows the game to use the camera of the Iphone to change your face for a in-game character face. No face data nor any other biometric data is stored or sent to Asar Games servers or any third party. If you want to opt-out please consult at support@asargames.com.
We may collect Data such as your age, country, user name and email address, which has been provided on your consoles in order to simplify the creation of your Account. We also collect data transmitted by console manufacturers such as your console identifier, your game data as well as the data associated with any bugs and malfunctions.
We collect Data such as your user name, IP address, the date, time, and we save the content of your messages to allow you to interact with other players in a secure environment.
We may share your Data with:
Asar Games does not sell, and generally does not disclose, your Personal Information to third-parties without your consent. Asar Games uses Personal, Non-Personal, and Financial Information, among other things, to monitor system performance, analyze internal business systems, improve the Asar Games Services, fulfill requests for additional products and services, contact you about promotional and marketing activities, provide customer support, deliver advertising, and conduct research. The use and protection of information is an important component of Asar Games' business. Situations in which Asar Games shares or discloses your information also include: Legal. Asar Games may disclose information you provide to respond to subpoenas, court orders, requests from authorities, and other legal processes, and to establish/exercise Asar Games' legal rights. Asar Games may also disclose your information to defend against legal claims when Asar Games believes that disclosure is necessary to protect Asar Games' rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a valid government request. Asar Games may share Personal Information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, and situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Asar Games' Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law. Business Transfers. As Asar Games continues to develop its business, Asar Games may reorganize as a business entity, acquire entities, subsidiaries, or business units, or enter into joint ventures with third-parties. In any of these types of transactions, any information you provide may be one of the transferred business assets (subject to any pre-existing privacy notice unless you consent otherwise). In the event that all or substantially all of Asar Games' assets are acquired or Asar Games merges with a third-party, your information will likely be one of the transferred assets. You understand and agree that Asar Games reserves the right to transfer any information collected from you in the case of any such transfer. In such an event, Asar Games will use reasonable efforts to notify you before Personal Information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy. * Some of our third-party providers may share persistent identifiers with other third parties to support their own internal operations, for example, collecting device data for fraud detection. Asar Games confirms with these third party that such collection and processing is strictly limited by contract for the specific purposes and that information may not be used or shared for any other purposes, including for behavioural advertising or to amass a profile on a user of Asar Games apps. xamples include fulfilling orders, processing payments, hosting, data storage, sending postal mail and email, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. Asar Games will provide such entities with access to certain information needed to perform their functions, but will take measures to ensure that they may not use it for other purposes. Asar Games shares information only as described above and with third-parties that are either subject to this Privacy Policy or to a privacy policy that is at least as protective as this Privacy Policy. Unless the law specifies a different retention period, Asar Games will only keep your Data for the time strictly necessary to carry out the operations for which said Data has been collected by Asar Games. For example, we will keep the Data associated with your Account until the closure of the Account. In some cases, the Data may be kept for a longer period such as when it is needed for us to apply a sanction.
Parents have the right to consent to the collection and use of personal information from their child without also consenting to its disclosure to third-parties. If you or your child's information changes, or if you no longer desire the Asar Games Services, you may make corrections and updates, delete inaccuracies, or request deletion by updating your account information within the relevant Asar Games Services or by contacting Asar Games at support@asargames.com.
We can use your Data to offer you advertisements, products, services or personalised content depending on your user profile. Asar Games is entitled to change this policy at any time. We will inform you of the material updates and recommend that you consult this policy on a regular basis or contact us if you have any questions. Using our Services following such a change means that you accept any changes.
The security of your Personal Information is important to Asar Games. Asar Games follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to Asar Games, both during transmission and once it is received. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic data storage is 100% secure. Therefore, Asar Games cannot guarantee the absolute security of data it stores. Although no security system is completely secure, Asar Games and its third-party partners and vendors take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access or disclosure of the information collected by Asar Games. For Asar Games, this includes, but is not limited to, ensuring that all Personal and Financial Information is disclosed only on a "need to know" basis and ensuring that all Personal Information collected by Asar Games is obtained via secured connections and protected and encrypted (using at minimum Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 encryption protocol) by industrial grade security software to guard against unauthorized access.
